Frequently asked questions
Which clock-in terminals work?
kloq connects terminals through adapters. On top of that come NFC on the phone, the app and the browser. The device list shows exactly which devices are supported.
Can my boss see where I am?
No. The location counts only at the moment of clocking in, and only if the company turns it on. There is no continuous GPS and no movement profiles.
What happens if someone forgets to clock out?
The person gets a notice and can request a correction. The original entry stays, and the correction is added as a separate entry.
Do we need the works council?
Time recording and rosters are subject to co-determination. kloq provides a notice and a template for the works agreement.
