Many providers also charge a base fee or bill a minimum number of people. At kloq the price per person is the whole price.

The rules are open.
Every legal rule is stored with its section, country and date of the data. The roster is checked before you publish it. Findings are hints. Never automatic sanctions.

The code is open.
The core is under the AGPL-3.0. You can run kloq on your own server. The public code is in preparation.
The cloud runs in Germany.
What kloq does not do.
- No permanent GPS. Location is recorded only at the moment of clocking, and only if you switch it on.
- No screenshots and no app tracking.
- Sick leave without a diagnosis.
- kloq. pay does not calculate payroll. It prepares and hands over.
- Features with monitoring potential show a co-determination notice and a template for it.

Each product can be used on its own. All three together cost €6.00 instead of €8.00 per person.

What we do not promise.
kloq is not the cheapest time tracking. Other providers also check working time law or create Microsoft and Google accounts. What kloq offers is the combination: time, people and payroll preparation in one, with open rules and open code.
